Request data deletion

We review deletion requests and verify ownership before acting. Submitting this form does not automatically delete game data.

Clearing app storage removes local progress and credentials, but does not automatically delete the server account or online records. Another supported app holding credentials may allow account reuse. Losing all credentials may make recovery impossible. Account and transaction records are retained as needed for operation, reconciliation and duplicate prevention. Contact us below to request access or deletion. Hiding your name updates the ranking after the next successful connection. Third-party data follows each provider’s policy.
